Nomads Hemp Wear, an awesome clothing company based in the Slocan Valley, approached onbeyond to have us design their new fall line catalog. Louis and Anik had been doing the catalog themselves for a number of years and this year they had a time crunch to get the clothing photographed in their models down in LA.
They traveled through snowstorms and overcame a number of logistical nightmares in order to get the job done. They needed me to be on the task of laying it out in a new style and texture, moving further into the realms of magazine spreads. My job was to take the text layout to the next level…so i was wistfully watching the snow falling on early mornings as Ilaid everything out to meet the print deadline. One of the more epic snow weeks in recent history. So it goes. Here’s a sneak peak!
